The company, also known as STI, was incorporated on February 10, 1997. StarTouch entered into the "Unified Messaging" arena with the intent to develop the worlds #1 system.  Startouch International is committed to providing affordable, cutting edge telecommunications products and services to the public.  Startouch International is located in Snellville, GA, a suburb of Atlanta, GA.

Several companies claim to have "Electronic Assistants". ESA is more than a step above the typical system. STI operates a switch-based service and though there are some similar features offered by other services, StarTouch has the only TRUE Electronic Secretarial Administrator. StarTouch’s objective is to stay ahead of the competition through enhancements to our service in order to assist our clients to streamline their communications as well as assisting to achieve greater productivity and mobility.
